Jonathan Van Keulen is an experienced leader in the construction industry, with a focus on exceeding project expectations and a deep commitment to community service, especially for youth facing homelessness. As a co-founder of 3:11 Youth Housing now AYA Youth Collective, he emphasizes affordable housing and vibrant community spaces, while his tenure at AYA highlighted his efforts in combating youth homelessness. With over twenty years in construction and non-profit leadership, Jonathan's comprehensive skill set includes project management, budgeting, and advocacy for equitable community policies.
Aaron Jonker, PE, LEED-AP, is a leader in equitable housing and community development, with a background in civil engineering from Calvin University. As the former Co-Owner and President of Wolverine Building Group, he shifted focus in 2022 to promote equity in housing and support for minority-owned construction firms. Aaron's career features significant achievements in real estate and construction, leading a $275m firm and contributing to over 375,000 square feet of affordable housing in Michigan. His work demonstrates a commitment to positive change and inclusive wealth creation in the construction and real estate sectors.
